How we handle your family's data

Coordinated Kids is designed for parents and guardians. We minimize what we store about children and keep analytics free of child personal information.

What we intend to collect about children

• Age band (not date of birth)
• Name or initial (parent-managed)
• Interests relevant to activity matching

We do not intend core profiles to require school name, home address, or date of birth. Legacy prototype fields that collected more than this are being removed as part of readiness work (D2).

Marketing contact data

Interest and waitlist forms collect adult contact details only with an explicit, unchecked consent checkbox and a timestamp. Email updates include a working one-click unsubscribe link.

Analytics

Product analytics events are schema-checked to reject child PII keys (for example date of birth, school, address, or child name) in event properties.
