- Is Coordinated Kids free?
- Yes. Coordinated Kids is free during early access while we onboard families and providers. Future plans may introduce optional paid features; we will notify subscribers before any change.
- How does the schedule optimizer work?
- You share each child's age bands, interests, and constraints. A constraint solver proposes a conflict-free schedule across camps, classes, and workshops — not a generative black box.
- What ages is it for?
- Coordinated Kids is built for families with school-age children. Activity listings include age ranges so you can filter camps, classes, and workshops that fit each child.
- How do you keep my family's data safe?
- We design for parent-managed profiles and minimize children's data collection. See our Privacy Policy for COPPA-aware practices. Binding commitments are pending legal review before full launch.
- Where do activities and instructors come from?
- Listings are intended to include instructors listed via Coordinated App (coordinated.app), plus institutions and other providers. We do not claim a completed Coordinated Kids vetting process until that process is live and documented.
